The scope of the project was to renovate the existing 27,000 SF historic facility in downtown Lexington and construct a 22,000 SF addition to the present church built in 1847 and 1863.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This project consisted of the complete renovation of the first and second floors of the M. I. King North Building on the main campus.  The renovation accommodates the staff and collections of the combined Music and Fine Arts Libraries.  It also provides for a diverse range of spaces including a new computer lab, a listening/viewing center, a gallery, a home for the John Jacob Niles Center for American Music, and several class rooms and study spaces.

The project consists of an administrative office building built at the edge of the nationally recognized historic village.  This design included executive offices, a library for the historic collection, an executive conference room, and various staff offices and support spaces. 

Christ the King School serves students from Kindergarten through Middle School (K-8).  This project consists of the full renovation of the existing school facility as well as the addition of new construction. The new addition  contains school administration areas, faculty offices, toilets, youth activities area, library, computer lab, science lab, and new kitchen, cafeteria, and multi-purpose meeting areas.    

The primary focus of the project was the development of a 240 Acre former Cattle farm, dormant for 10 years, into a horse farm and breeding facility for Show Horses. The Owner wished to reflect the Architectural style of Kentucky Equine Farms & Structures in the aesthetic character and style of the farm development.
